Cancellations: Everkeep Memorials reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to material shortages, supplier delays, potential or suspected fraud, incorrect pricing issues, or any other issue that will impact our ability to provide you with a memorial, cremation urn or other product that is not up to our standards. In the event of a cancellation, we will reissue the credit to your credit card in the amount of your purchase.
