Order Fulfillment: We have urns and memorials that are both made to order and in stock ready to ship. We can laser engrave most items. Order fulfillment will vary depending on what you order. We would love to work with you to help you select the perfect cremation urn to honor your loved one and meet the deadlines you need.
Cancellations: Everkeep Memorials reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to material shortages, supplier delays, potential or suspected fraud, incorrect pricing issues, or any other issue that will impact our ability to provide you with a memorial, cremation urn or other product that is not up to our standards. In the event of a cancellation, we will reissue the credit to your credit card in the amount of your purchase.
