Everkeep Memorials manufacturers all of their products in our shop in Minneapolis, MN. We are a proud family owned business featuring American suppliers, materials, and partners in our manufacturing process.
YES! We can help you select custom color combinations, finishes, engraving, and in some cases bring your completely new idea to life. We specialize in modern designed urns, memorials, and keepsakes to help preserve the memory of your loved one. We can offer custom finishes, color combinations, and laser engraving. Please contact us with your customization request.
Please contact us about your specific deadline and we will help you select an available urn or work with you to design and deliver your memorial in time for your service. We can ship directly to your funeral director, or to you. It is our goal to make this process as easy for you as possible during these trying times. Please let us know how we can serve you.
Yes. Everkeep Memorials and Keepsakes are very popular options for modern design pet urns. We have a wide range of sizes, ranging from small keepsakes, to larger sizes for Pets of almost any size. We offer rapid personalization for your modern Pet urn with our in-house design department and laser-engraving option. Please contact us if you would like to discuss our contemporary Pet urns or if you have a special request. We have extensive experience working with Pet Cremation Specialists and are happy to work with your selected provider.
We currently only sell direct to the consumer. If you are interested in working with Everkeep Memorials as a wholesaler or dealer, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. We have an in-house design program and the ability to design and create unique exclusive items, or supply our existing designs and colors. We would love to help you offer our product and help you expand your brand and offerings in cremation urns.
Order Fulfillment: We have urns and memorials that are both made to order and in stock ready to ship. We can laser engrave most custom and in stock items. Order fulfillment will vary depending on what you order. A custom order can take 2-4 weeks on average, or longer, depending on the project requirements. We would love to work with you to help you select the perfect cremation urn to honor your loved one and meet the deadlines you need.
Cancellations: Everkeep Memorial reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to material shortages, supplier delays, potential or suspected fraud, incorrect pricing issues, or any other issue that will impact our ability to provide you with a memorial, cremation urn or other product that is not up to our standards. In the event of a cancellation, we will reissue the credit to your credit card in the amount of your purchase.
Shipping: Everkeep is not responsible for shipping items to an incorrect address.

Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, and ship-to-location. Many shipping methods are available and costs will depend upon your needs. Most orders are shipped via UPS, or FedEX with tracking numbers and signature-required delivery. We currently are only shipping within the United States.
Due to the personalization of items, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind. Certain “in-stock” items can be exchanged for other products or returned for credit towards other Everkeep Memorial items within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unused, with the original packaging intact.
Special orders and personalized urns and keepsakes are non-refundable. Special orders and items made-to-order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A 10% Cancellation Fee will Apply.
Exchanges must be pre-approved. To request a return authorization, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Everkeep does not assume any costs for return, unless the items is found to be defective.
Defective Products: The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning their item.
Damaged items: Claims on damaged items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours.
Return Instructions: A legible, hand written or typed request, including the Full name, payment method, copy of sales order, email address, complete shipping address (not a PO Box) must accompany any return. Everkeep Memorials will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Everkeep Memorials. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer and no credit or exchange will be granted.

Your security is important to us. All credit card information is encrypted for complete security. Beginning with your checkout process, your transactions will be processed through a secure server.
Yes. We will be happy to take your order by phone, email or US Post. Please provide us with your credit card number, the verification code on the back of your card and the address including the zip code where the bill is received. Please also provide us with a shipping address. Everkeep Memorials cannot ship to a PO Box.
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Minnesota. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. International orders may be subject to additional duty, taxes, Customs fees, etc.
We only accept US Dollars (USD) for currency by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paypal as payment.
