Personalized urns are non-refundable. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A 10% Cancellation Fee will Apply.
Exchanges must be pre-approved. To request a return authorization, email us at info@myeverkeep.com. Everkeep Memorials does not assume any costs for return, unless the item is found to be defective.
Defective Products: The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning their item.
Damaged items: We take quality seriously and want every family to receive their urn in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Return Instructions: A legible, hand written or typed request, including the Full name, payment method, copy of sales order, email address, complete shipping address (not a PO Box) must accompany any return. Everkeep Memorials will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Everkeep Memorials. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer and no credit or exchange will be granted.
