What is your Return Policy?
Due to the personalization of items, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind. Certain “in-stock” items can be exchanged for other products or returned for credit towards other Everkeep Memorial items within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unused, with the original packaging intact.
Special orders and personalized urns and keepsakes are non-refundable. Special orders and items made-to-order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A 10% Cancellation Fee will Apply.
Exchanges must be pre-approved. To request a return authorization, email us at email@example.com. Everkeep does not assume any costs for return, unless the items is found to be defective.
Defective Products: The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning their item.
Damaged items: Claims on damaged items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours.
Return Instructions: A legible, hand written or typed request, including the Full name, payment method, copy of sales order, email address, complete shipping address (not a PO Box) must accompany any return. Everkeep Memorials will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Everkeep Memorials. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer and no credit or exchange will be granted.
